A reminder to all that our August 8th show has been cancelled.

Our next show is scheduled for October 31st. We are accepting reservations for vendors now. The contract with all of the booth sizes & prices is available on our website. Just print the contract, fill it out & mail it into us with your payment for the booth size you choose (personal check or money order). After much consideration, it is with heavy hearts and deep regret that Collectors Carnival and the Gibson County Fair Board have made the joint decision to cancel the August 8th Collectors Carnival Antique and Flea Market. With recent updates from Indiana Governor Holcomb, the State of Indiana, CDC and the Gibson County Health Department we are unsure of what regulations are to come during the next few weeks. Indiana’s road to recovery has reversed in recent days with an increase in COVID 19 cases and therefore the restrictions continue to remain tight on social gatherings of more than 250 people in enclosed spaces and larger scale events.

The safety of our vendors, shoppers, staff, volunteers, partners and the wider community is, and always will be, our top priority. With so much uncertainty and the possibility of restrictions becoming more stringent if positive cases continue to increase, we feel it’s best for everyone that we cancel the August show now so that you can plan accordingly rather than having to do it at the last minute and create extra confusion and even more stress for everyone.

We would like to thank all our vendors and shoppers for your understanding in these unprecedented times. Suzie, Brent and the Fair Board remain optimistic that conditions will improve. We are already making plans for a great show this October; however, we need everyone’s help and participation to make it a possibility by wearing your mask and maintaining safe social distancing in public and washing your hands frequently to help flatten the curve of COVID 19 cases. With everyone’s willingness to take these steps for the greater good, we hope to see all our friends, shoppers and vendors this October 31, 2020 Lord willing.
